The Home Meal Replacement(HMR)market has grown tremendously over the last three to five years.As a result,many packaging alternatives for HMR products-pre-prepared,easy-to-buy and ready-to-eat meals-have been developed that will satisfy the final consumer.These packages,therefore,must offer an appropriate shelf life and guarantee food freshness and hygiene.
