摘要
本试验讨论了自制含铬蛋白复鞣剂的应用条件,并且将它与其他鞣剂作对比及配伍试验。研究结果表明;在采用回软──复鞣──中和──染色、加油的工艺路线时,所得到的最佳工艺条件是:液比150%、温度35℃、pH值3.5、鞣剂用量1.5%(折合Cr2O3)、时间90min;利用含铬废铬屑制成的含铬蛋白复鞣剂既有铬鞣剂的性能,又有填充性鞣剂的性能,用其复鞣后的革柔软、丰满,染色性能优良,与纯铬鞣对比,含铬蛋白鞣剂由于具有蛋白的填充性能,所以比纯铬鞣剂所鞣革的丰满性好。CP-1可以和LUEKOTAN1084配伍使用,使用肘采用先用LUEKOTAN 1084后用CP-1复鞣的工艺路线。这些表明用制革固体废弃物生产含铬蛋白复鞣剂不失为一种废弃物综合利用的好方法。
In the past years, it was constantly reported producing of retanning agents from chrome shavings. Chrome shavings Hydrolyzing under acid condition , then changing its characters by chrome , the chrome - protein retanning agents will be attained. This ret-anning agent has been applied in the retannage of the chrome - tanning pigskin garment leathers in this paper. The results indicates that this retanning agent is applied under this condition (ratio is 150%) the temperature is 35°C ,the pH before the retanning is 3. 5 , th offer is 1. 5% , retanning time is 90mm. the results of experiments show that this retanning agent has performance of the chrome agents and of fhe fill agents. the leather after retanning by this retanning agent is soft ,full, and has excellent synergetic effect with dyestuff. Producing this retanning agent using chrome shavings would be a very good tech-nique of recoverying and renseing of chromium from chrome shavings.
