摘要
通过采用周期性变压固态发酵技术来探讨其在人工培育冬虫夏草工艺中的可行性。实验中通过正交对比实验确定了最佳实验条件 :固体培养基为大米或大米 +麸皮 ,固液比为1∶ 1~ 1.3,温度为 2 8℃ ,p H值 7.5~ 8,时间为 (15~ 2 0 ) d。周期变压条件为 :高压 0 .15MPa(表压 )时间 :10 min,低压 :0 .0 0 MPa(表压 )时间 :10 min,菌丝体的生长时间缩短了 (5~ 10 ) d,虫草多糖的得率明显的提高。
Cordyceps sinensic (Berk).sacc is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungus.In the past days we get it from the nature,but it is getting more and more difficult now.For the sake of the medical use,we want to breed cordycep sinensis in the laboratory.We attempt to utillize the periodic pressure solid state fermentation (PPSSF) method to breed cordycep sinensis,to shorten the time in the cultivating of cordyceps mycelia,raise the yield of polysaccharose and accelerate the growing rate of cordyceps sinensic (Berk.)sacc.Comparation and determination of the best experimental condition are carried out.Under the optimized condition,it took about five to ten days less than before to cultivate cordyceps mycelia.A remarkable improvement in the yield of polysaccharose was also obtained.
