摘要
通过对二极管反向恢复过程特性的研究 ,给出了反向恢复时间的测定方法 ,运用高性能等精度计数器实现了快速准确的测量 ,提高了测量精度。
This paper stuides the characterisc of diode in proceeding of reverse comeback,bring forword a mensuration of diode reverse comebac time.By appling counter with high performance and equality precision.Its able to carry out the measure,and improve the measure precision.
