摘要 本研究自制了淀粉接枝丙烯酸 /高岭土复合吸水材料 ,并将其用于对普通硅酸盐水泥材料的保湿、增强改性。通过掺加一定量SAP ,水泥胶砂试体可实现自养护(即免养护) ,且力学强度有显著提高。掺0 .22 %SAP的试样 ,7d抗折、抗压强度最大可比空白样提高25 %左右。采用SEM、XRD分析 ,探索了SAP增强水泥基材料的机理。 Properties of ordinary Portland cement pastes mixed with a superabsorbent polymer composite (SAP) were studied. The superabsorbent polymer composite was prepared by graft polymerization of acrylic acid on starch in the presence of kaolinite. Cement pastes with a small amount of SAP obtained good properties without any curing, and the strength of pastes was improved apparently. Both 7 days flexural and compression strength of pastes with 0.22% SAP could be improved by about 25 % that was the highest- point in this study. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractomertry (XRD) were used to study the hardened pastes with SAP, and it was found that the amount of pores was less than that of the controls, and SAP had contribution to initial hydration of cement.
