摘要
尝试把梯度结构的概念引入到水泥基材料中 ,描述了水泥基梯度复合功能材料的结构模型 ,进行了水泥基梯度复合功能材料成型方法的探索 ,并就组分和密度梯度变化与材料的热传导性、抗折及抗压强度的关系作了初步研究。结果表明 ,采用多层振动成型的方法 ,可以基本保证组分的连续梯度变化 ,其隔热性能和抗折、抗压强度有明显提高。
This paper attempts to lead concept of gradient structure into cement-base material,describes structural model of cement-base gradient compound functional material and explores this material forming method.The preliminary research has been carried out,such as component and density gradients change and heat conduction of material,bending strength and compression strength relation.The results show that the component continuous gradient change can be basically ensured,its thermal insulation and bending and compression strengthes have been obviously increased by means of multi-layer vibrating formation.
