利用异养菌脱除H_2S恶臭的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目前国内生物脱臭研究通常直接采用活性污泥挂膜,并认为生物脱臭过程主要是自养硫杆菌的作用,但这种方式存在着一个主要问题就是挂膜后有一个相当长驯化期。本文介绍了利用异养细菌对H2S进行脱臭的试验研究。将黄单胞菌H10接种至填料塔中,试验结果显示:该菌具有较高的H2S去除能力。当控制出气中不能检测到H2S的存在时,H2S最大允许进气浓度达1170mg·m-3,H2S的最大容积负荷为2.897gH2S·L-1(填料)·d-1。同时对H2S的降解并没有表现出延迟期,这表明利用该菌挂膜进行H2S脱臭具有很好的应用前景。 Biological deodorization is now attracting attention for its simpleness and energy -saving.However,there is little study on the microorganisms vital for biological deodorization in China.activat-ed sludge was usually adopted for the study on biological deodorizing technology,and it was regarded that thiobacillus played a main role in H 2 S removal.The main drawback of this method is the rather long acclimation period.By is olating the microoganisms responsible for degradation of H 2 S,a research was started on purifying malodorous gas containing H 2 S by using heterotrophic bacterium.When the Xanthomonas sp.strain H10was inoculated into the packed tower,the experimental results showed that it could remove H 2 S effectively.When no H 2 S can be detected at the outlet,the allowed maximum concentration of inlet was as high as1170mg ·m -3 ,and the relevant load was2.897gH 2 S·L -1 (packing material)·d -1 .And this strain degraded H 2 S without lag time,suggesting that it had a good prospect of application in deodorization of H 2 S.
