住宅产业集团改变了住宅的生产方式,实现了住宅研究开发、设计、构配件和部品生产、现场安装的一体化,使住宅产业集团的生产作业方式、计划方式、质量管理方式、定价方式等均发生很大改变,由原来建筑产品的施工管理方式向制造业的生产管理方式发展。施工现场管理由于机械化的装配施工而简化,但住宅产品生产全过程组织管理的难度增大了。原有的技术与管理不足以胜任新的生产组织方式,必须学习研究掌握全新的住宅生产技术与管理方法。

Housing industrial group(HIG)changes the mode of production and integrates R&D,and design,production and on-site installation of components,which results in significant changes in the mode of production,planning,quality management and pricing and changes from building con-struction control to manufacturing control and mechanization of assembling operations simplified the on-site management .However,The overall process control of products is still difficult so that technol-ogy and management now in use can not suit new production planning process.It is necessary to master brand-new production processes and management methods.
