The paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of accession to the WTO for China's real estate industry and points out that the real estate sector should change the mode of thought to establish housing quality guaranttee system,improve the overall quality of the employed and actively open up the market to deal with the challenge of accession to the WTO.
