人参三醇组甙、VitE及VitC对紫外辐射致皮肤损伤的防护机制初探 被引量:16

摘要 目的 :探讨紫外辐射致皮肤损伤的药物防护机制。方法 :以细胞凋亡、细胞周期及细胞内SOD、H2 O2 为观察指标 ,研究人参三醇组甙及 Vit E、Vit C对 UVB致人角质形成细胞 ( Colo1 6)损伤的保护作用。结果 :一定剂量 UVB可诱导明显的皮肤角质形成细胞发生 S期阻滞和细胞凋亡 ,可使细胞内 SOD下降、H2 O2 升高 ,人参三醇组甙及 Vit E、Vit C对其均有不同程度的保护作用 :减少 S期细胞数、抑制细胞凋亡、激活细胞内 SOD活性、降低细胞内 H2 O2 。结论 :紫外线照射后细胞内氧自由基变化可能是紫外线致皮肤损伤的机理之一。 Objective:To study on protective mechanism of some medicines from skin injury after ultroviolet radiation.Methods:Protective effect of panoxatriol (PT),Vit E and VitC were respectively tested through examination of cell apoptosis,intracellular SOD and H 2O 2 from UVB injary in cell line Colo16. Results :The data showed that certain doses of UVB might induce many changes including S block, the increase of H 2O 2,development of apoptosis and the decrease of SOD level. While the three antioxidants might reverse the above mentioned changes caused by ultraviolet radiation.Conclusion:Decrease of intracellular free groups may be involved in mechanism of skin damage after ultraviolet radiation.
