Necessity to Foster Occupauional Etiquette of Nursing Students

职业礼仪是职业形象的重要组成部分 ,作为医院间接组成部分的护生 ,其职业礼仪也在很大程度上影响医院形象。在实习阶段对护生进行职业礼仪培养 ,不仅弥补了护生校内教学方面的不足 ,同时也符合现代护理理论、医院CI战略需要以及维护护生自身形象、增强自信心的需要 。

Occupational etiquette is an important part of occupation image. Occupational etiquette of nursing students to a large extent will have impact on hospital image. For nursing students, to foster them in occupational etiquette during practicing stage, which can not only make up to the lack of theoretical teaching inside the school, but also tally with the modern nursing theory, the demand for hospital Corporate Identity(CI) strategy. It can uphold the self-image of nursing students, strengthen their self-confidence. It can also lay a foundation for fostering high quality and talent nursing personnel.
