摘要
以邻甲苯胺为原料 ,经西曼反应合成邻氟甲苯 ,进而经硝酸氧化法得到邻氟苯甲酸 (收率 93.5 % ,纯度99.2 % )。总收率为 70 .7%。
o-Fluorobenzoic acid was synthesized by Schiemann-reaction of o-methylaniline to give o-fluorotoluene which was oxidized by HNO 3 in an autoclave to abtain the product of 70.7% overall yield and 99.2% purity.
