中西医结合治疗周期性精神病疗效观察

Observation on the Treatment of Periodical Lunacy with Combined TCM and WM

采用中药达营汤配合小量抗精神病药治疗周期性精神病 19例 ,并设西药复方炔诺酮治疗 18例为对照组。结果治疗组痊愈 13例 ,显效 5例 ,好转 1例 ,全部有效 ;对照组痊愈 12例 ,显效 4例 ,好转 2例 ,全部有效。两组比较无显著差异。但治疗组起效快 ,无明显药物副作用 ,复发率低。

Nineteen cases of periodical lunacy were treated with combined Daying Decoction(达营汤) and WM. Eighteen cases treated only with compound norethindrone were set up as the control group. Result:In the treatment group, 13 cases were cured, 5 remarkably effective, 1 effective and in the control group, it respectively was 12, 4, 2. The difference between the two groups was not significant. But the treatment group had benefit.
