VEGF-C与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及预后的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)表达与乳腺癌转移和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化法检测60例乳腺癌石蜡标本中的蛋白表达情况。结果 VECF-C的表达与其受体Flt-4表达显著正相关。VEGF-C的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结、术后5年生存率有关,但是VECF-C的表达与乳腺癌组织学分型、分级、肿瘤大小无关联。结论 VEG-C表达水平与乳腺癌淋巴结的转移和预后相关。
