榄香烯乳胸腔内灌注治疗晚期肺癌伴胸水临床观察

Clinical observation of B-elemine for treating advanced pulmonary carcinoma with pleurorrhea by intrathoracic perfusion.

目的 :比较榄香烯乳 (治疗组 )与顺铂 (对照组 )胸腔内注射对恶性胸水的疗效及毒性。方法 :治疗组30例采用抗肿瘤新药榄香烯乳500mg 胸腔内灌注7～10天1次 ,用药2～3次 ;对照组20例胸腔内灌注顺铂80mg7～10天1次 ,用药2～3次。结果 :治疗组有效率 (CR +PR)83 33 % ,对照组有效率85% ,两组有效率差异无显著性 (P>0 05) ,胃肠道及血液学毒性反应治疗上明显低于对照组 (P<0 01)。结论 :榄香烯乳胸腔内灌注是一种治疗癌性胸水的有效新药 ,且无毒副反应。

Objective:To compare the effect and toxicity between B-elemene and Cisplation for treating advanced pulmonary carcinoma with pleurorrhea by intrathoracic perfusion.Methods:30 patients of advanced pulmonary carcinoma with pleurorrhea in the treatment group were given B-elemene 500mg by intrathoracic perfusion in 2 to 3 times,every 7 to days for one time.20 cases in control group were given Cisplatin 80mg by intrathoracic perfusion in 2 to 3 times,every 7 to 10 days for one times.Results:The effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group,there was no obvious difference between them(P>0.05),the toxicant reaction of gastrointestinal tract and hematology in the treatment group was obvious lower than that in the control group(P<0 01).Conclusion:B-elemene is an effective new medicine for treating malignarit pleurorrhea and no side effect.
