脑出血死亡相关因素的分析

A Analysis of Relative Factor of Death Caused by Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的 :探讨脑出血患者死亡的相关因素。方法 :对 86例脑出血死亡的患者的头颅 CT、年龄、意识状态和并发症进行分析。结果 :脑出血死亡与出血量、部位有直接关系 ;不同年龄组的病死率有差异 ;意识障碍及并发症的出现会增加死亡的危险性。脑干、颞叶及小脑出血者存活时间短 ,病死率高。结论 :脑干。

Objective:To explore the relative factors of death caused by cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Cerebral CT,age, conscionsness and complications of 86 cases of death due to cerebral hemorrhage were analysed. Results:The death of cerebral hemorrhage was related directly to quantity and place of cerebral hemorrhage;Mortality of different age-bracket was different; disturbance of consciousness and complications increased the risk of death.The cases with hemorrhage of brainstem,temporal lobe and cerebellum had a short survival period and mortality was high.Conclusion:Mortality was higher in those of hemorrhage of brainstem,alarger quantity of hemorrhage and disturbance of consciousness.
