大黄茵陈饮主治重型肝炎168例

Investigation on therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Dahuang-yinchen drinking in 168 patients with serious hepatitis

目的 :探讨中药大黄与茵陈结合综合疗法治疗重型病毒性肝炎 16 8例的临床疗效。方法 :在综合疗法的基础上 ,治疗组加生大黄和茵陈开水泡浓液 ,每天 1次顿服 ,对照组单纯采用综合疗法 ,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 :治疗组中HBeAg、HBV DNV转阴率分别为 39.5 %、6 1.5 % ,对照组转阴率分别为 14 .3%、2 1.4% ,经统计处理有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :大黄与茵陈配合 ,具有清热解毒 ,活血祛瘀 ,利胆退黄的作用 。

Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of the traditional chinese medicine Dahuang in combination with Yinchen for 168 patients with serious virus hepatitis.Method:On the basis of the synthetical therapy,the treatment group were drinked the Dahuang yinchen drinking boiled solution once a day while the comparison group were only done synthetical therapy,then the therapeutic effect would be compared.Result:HBeAg and HBV DNA response rate in treatment group were 39.5% and 61.5%,respectively,while in comparison group were 14.3% and 21.4%,respectively.There were significant statistic differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dahang in combination with Yinchen drinking solution are possessed of the pharmarcologic functions of clearing heat toxin,removing blood stasis,releasing bile and decreasing bilirubin,these functions will have very important meaning for the treatment of serious hepatitis.
