摘要
应用植物细胞培养技术进行有用化学物质的生产在药物和食品工业方面,其前景是非常广阔的,尤其是植物细胞固相化技术对于延长植物细胞的生命周期,提高植物细胞的生长速率,促进生物转化,增加有用化合物的产量提供了一个很好的研究途径。
The properties and environmental factors of macroporous adsorbingresins in the products recovery from plant cell susponsion culture solu-tion were explored. The adsorption and desorption Lehaviour of theisoquinoline alkaloid-jatrorrhizine on Amberlite XAD resins were studiedsystematically. A method for the collection of jatrorrhizine from Berberisjulianae Schneid cell culture solution was established.
