摘要
目的 :探讨乙型肝炎表面抗原破坏试验中不同浓度HBsAg对消毒剂效能的影响。方法 :通过对不同浓度的HBsAg采用定性破坏试验和定量破坏试验 ,观察HBsAg的破坏程度 ,确定对消毒剂效能的影响。结果 :通过HBsAg定性破坏试验 ,证实HBsAg酶标检测试剂盒灵敏度为 1ng/ml,有效氯含量为 5 0 0ml/L ,加入HBsAg悬液的浓度为 10 μg/ml,作用 15minS/N值 <2 .1,当加入HBsAg悬液的浓度为 30 μg/ml时 ,作用 30minS/N值仍 >2 .1。通过HBsAg定量破坏试验 ,证实当消毒剂的作用浓度相同时 ,HBsAg悬液的浓度为 10 μg/ml,作用 15min ,HBsAg残余量较作用 6min时下降 78.0 2 %,而HBsAg悬液的浓度为 32 μg/ml时 ,只下降了6 0 .19%。结论 :所使用的HBsAg浓度越低 ,消毒剂最低有效浓度和最短有效时间将随之减小。
Objective:To determine the effect of HBsAg with various concentration on the efficiency of disinfectant in HBsAg killing test.Methods:We observed the destruction degree of HBsAg with various concentration by qualitative destruction test and quantitative destruction test to determine its effect on the efficiency of disinfectant.Results:The EIA Kits' HBsAg sensitivity was lng/ml and the concentration of chloride was 500ppm.Through HBsAg killing test,we discovered that: after 15-minute interaction,the concentration of HBsAg suspension was 10 μg/ml,and the value of S/N was <2.1;after 30-minute interaction,the concentration of HBsAg suspension was 30μg/ml,and the value of S/N was still >2.1.By HBsAg quantity killing test,we proved that when the disinfectant was at the same concentration and the concentration of HBsAg was 10μg/ml,after 15-minute interaction,the residue of HBsAg decreased by 78.02% compared with 6 minute interaction,and the concentraction of HBsAg was 32μg/ml,which only decreased by 60.19%.In HBsAg killing test,the lower the concentration of HBsAg was used,the lower the concentration of disinfectant was needed,and the shorter the destruction time was needed.Conclusions:The test concentration of HBsAg can not only depend on the sensitivity of EIA Kits,and the test concentration of HBsAg should be further studied.
