头面部感觉神经一级传入纤维终末的溃变类型及特点

摘要 目的 :观察头面部感觉神经一级传入纤维终末的类型和超微结构特点。方法 :用微量注射器向三叉神经节内注射微量纯酒精 ,损毁三叉神经一级神经元的胞体 ,从而导致其初级传入纤维终末溃变 ,电镜下对头面部感觉神经一级传入纤维终末的形成进行初步观察。结果 :头面部感觉神经一级传入纤维终末产生了电子致密型和神经微丝增生型两种溃变 ,依据初级传入纤维终末形态大小、溃变特点分为五类 :1普通型中央轴突终末 (CCT) ;2扇贝型中央轴突终末 (SCT) ;3细小的中央轴突终末 (SCT) ;4细小的轴突终末 (ST) ;5突触小球的中央轴突终末 (GCT)。结论 :三叉神经初级传入纤维终末与胶状质内的神经元建立了广泛的突触联系 ,是完成其复杂的痛觉调节机制的超微形态学基础。 Objective:The degenerating variations and ultrastructural features of the primary afferent fiber terminals were observed under the TEM by means of destroying the trigeminal ganglion.Methods:A smal amount of absolute alcohol was injected into the trigeminal ganglion with microsyringe for leading the trigeminal ganglion to be eroded,until the primary afferent fiber terminals began to degenerate,series observation was carried out by electron microscope.Results:The degeneration of the trigeminal nerve central projective terminals featured by increasing electronic density and by presenting neurofilaments,according to the degenerating terminal features and size,the variety of degenerating terminals can be assorted into five types:1.Scalloped shaped central terminals;2.Common central projecting terminals;3.thin central projecting terminals;4.thin projecting terminals;5.central terminal within synaptic glomerulus,This central axonal terminals and thin projecting terminals made a various connections with other neurons by forming axo dendritic and axo axonal synapses.Conclusion:The wide and multiple synaptic connections of the primary afferent terminals with other neurons in central nerve system is morphological basis for pain regulation.
