摘要
目的 :研究旋髂深动脉与临近结构的位置关系 ,为临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法 :应用成年尸体2 0具 (40侧 ,男尸 12具、女尸 8具 ) ,观测旋髂深动脉、髂腹下神经、髂腹股沟神经、股外侧皮神经及它们之间的位置关系。结果 :旋髂深动脉与神经之间有密切的毗邻关系。结论 :临床上在作髂骨瓣移植分离切断旋髂深动脉及其分支时 。
Objective:To observe the relationships of deep iliac circumflex artery and its adjacent structures and provide basis for clinical surgery.Methods:20 pieces adult corpses(40 sides,male 12 ,female 8)were applied and deep iliac circumflex artery、iliohypogastric nerve、ilioinguinal nerve、lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and their relationships were observed.Results:There are closest relationships between deep iliac circumflex artery and its adjacent structures.Conclusion:When performing graft of ilium and separateing or cutting the deep iliac circumflex artery,please pay attention to protecting its adjacent nerves.
