尿淀粉酶及其与肌酐比值的测定与应用评价

Test and Evaluate the Urine Amylases and It's Ratio with Urine Creatinine

目的 测定尿淀粉酶 /肌酐比值 ,并将它与单纯的尿淀粉酶进行比较和评价。方法 同时测定正常人尿淀粉酶及尿肌酐 ,建立尿淀粉酶及其与肌酐比值的参考值范围 ;将该两项指标同时用于 43例拟诊胰腺炎病人的诊断之中 ,进行比较和评价。结果 尿淀粉酶的参考值范围为 :0～ 5 95 U/ L(x± 2 s) ,尿淀粉酶 /肌酐的参考范围为 :3 .2～ 5 7.2 U / mol(x± 2 s) ;尿淀粉酶的灵敏度为 5 5 .6 % ,而尿淀粉酶 /肌酐的灵敏度为 72 .2 % ,特异性分别为 5 7.1 %和 85 .7% ,尿淀粉酶 /肌酐有效地降低了假阳性率和假阴性率。结论 尿淀粉酶 /肌酐可消除诸多因素的影响 ,优于单一的尿淀粉酶。

Objective The ratio of urine amylases with urine creatinine is tested,and evaluate the ratio by comparing with urine amylases only.Methods Test the urine amylases and urine creatinine of health persons,construct the reference of urine amylases and the ratio,evaluate those two items by comparing the results from 43 suspicious pancreatitis judged by two methods.Results The reference range of urine amylases is 0～595U/L( ±2s )and that of the ratio is 3 2～57 2 U/mol( ±2s ).The sensitivity of urine amylases is 55 6%,and that of the ratio is 72 2%.The specificity of them are 57 1%and 85 7% respectively. It reduce the percent of false positive and false negative.Conclusion The ratio of amylases/creatinine can eliminate many interfering factors which affect the results of urine amylases.It is better than urine amylases only.
