摘要
目的 研究糖尿病人进餐后脂蛋白代谢特点。方法 观察 2 8例早期 型糖尿病患者 (NIDDM)空腹及馒头餐后各种脂蛋白代谢变化 ,并与 3 1例健康对照组比较。结果 糖尿病患者进餐后 TG、TC、LDL、APO- B、APO- C 、APO- C 、APO- E显著性升高 ;HDL、APO- A、LP(a)无显著性变化。结论 NIDDM患者早期可能已发生了脂质代谢异常 ,但进餐后 APO- C 、APO- E对降低体内 TG和
Aim To study the lipoproteins metabolism characteristic of diabetics after meal.Methods Observed Ⅱkinds of lipoproteins of 28 cases noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) patients after steamed bread meal,and compared with controls.Results The results showed that after meal in NIDDM patients TG,TC,LDL,APO B,APO CⅡ,APO CⅢ and APO E were all significantly increased,but HDL,APO A and LP(a) did not change.Conclusion NIDDM patients may have emerged abnormities of lipoproteins metabolism in the eatly time, and APO CⅡ and APO E may have avpositive effect to reduce TG and TC in blood after meal.
