摘要
目的 定量分析颈椎前屈运动时 ,颈椎各部分的应力分布特点。方法 通过 SAP软件建立颈椎的三维空间有限元模型 ;根据对颈椎的解剖观测进行肌力及韧带力的加载 ;通过计算机分析颈椎的应力分布。结果 正常人颈椎在前屈运动状态下 ,椎体后缘的拉应力集中在 C5- C6 。钩椎关节、小关节以 C5- C6 为最大 ,椎间盘的剪应力发 C5- C6 和 C5- C6 为最大。结论 颈椎在前屈运动状态下 。
objevtive To measure variations on stress magnitude in cervical vertebrae exerted by cervical flexion motion.Methods The cervical vertebrae model was produced using super-SAP soft ware in computer.The force of muscle and ligament was added to the model by anatomy.The data was calculated by computer.Results In cervical flexion the maximum stress lie the rear edges of C 5-6 vertebrae bodies and in the C 5 7 Luschka joints and in the C 5 7 zygapophysial joints;the maximum ST acted in C 4 5 intervertebral disc.Conclusion The stress focused on the lower-mid cervical spine when in cervical flexion.It indicated the mechanism of cervical spondylosis.
