胸腰段椎间盘突出症(附6例临床报道)

Thoracolumbar disc protrusion.

目的 提出胸腰段椎间盘突出症概念 ,并探讨其诊治要点。方法 对近年来收治的 6例胸腰段椎间盘突出症的临床资料进行分析。结果 6例中 4例有外伤史 ,其临床表现多样 ,确诊靠MRI检查 ,侧后方或侧前方手术后效果良好。结论 早期诊断。

Objective To put forward the term of thoracolumbar disc protrusion,and to probe into its diagnosis and treatment.Methods The 6 cases thoracolumbar disc protrusion were reviewed.Results Four of the 6 cases had a history of thoracolumbar trauma.They manifested a various clinic symptoms and signs,its final diagnosis should be determined by MRI.Posteriorlateral or anteriorlateral approach can provide excellent or good effect.Conclusion Early diagnosis and early operation are crucial to acquire satisfied results.
