经颈椎后路侧块内固定术

Posterior cervical lateral mass fixation

目的 评估经颈椎后路固定术的近期疗效和安全性。方法 1999年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 10月 ,采用经颈椎后路侧块固定术治疗各种颈椎伤病 42例 ,其中颈椎损伤 13例 ;颈椎疾患 2 9例 ;男35例 ,女性 7例 ;年龄 2 8岁～ 72岁 ,平均 5 1岁。结果 近期随访效满意 ,无手术相关并发症发生。结论 经颈椎后路侧块固定术是一种安全有效的治疗方法 。

Objective To evaluate the primary outcome of posterior cervical lateral mass fixation.Methods From Mar.1999 to Oct.2000,we had treated 42 cases of various cervical trauma and diseases(including 13 cervical trauma and 29 cervical diseases)with posterior cervical mass fixation.Gender:male 35,female 7.Age:28～72yrs,average 51yrs,Results The results are satisfied in shortterm follow up.Conclusion The posterior cervical lateral mass fixation is effective for various cervical instability.The long term results repuire further follow up.
