Upper lumbar disc herniation

目的 通过 147例高位腰椎间盘突出症的回顾性研究 ,旨在提高对本症的认识 ,减少漏诊、误诊。方法 回顾性分析报告 147例高位腰椎间盘突出。结果 治疗腰 1 ,2 10例、腰 2 ,3 3 2例 ,腰 3,410 5例 ,其中双间隙突出 34例 ;跳跃性突出 2 7例 ;伴椎管狭窄 31例 ;瘫痪 3例 ;非手术治疗 34例 ,手术 113例 ,优 47例 ;良 8例 ;差 92例。重点讨论了高位腰椎及椎间盘和神经根的解剖特点和临床三大特征及诊断治疗 。

Objective To study of 147 patients sufferted from the upper lumbar disc herniation,the knowledge of this disease are improved,reducing the misdiagnosis.Methods According to analysis the past 147(ULP ID)cases.Results the data in treatment of the lumbar vertebra(1,2)10 cases andL 2,3 32 cases and the L 3,4 105 cases and the protrution in two intervertebra 34 cases and the protrusion of interval vertebra in 27 cases and with spinal stenosis 31 cases and with paralytic in 3 cases respectively.The efficacy of the treatment is 47 best and 8 good and 92 had while there are 34 cases treated by nonoperation and 113 cases by operation.The emphasis to investigate is the anatomic feature and the three principal clinical feature and the diagnosis of the upper lumbar vertebra and the intervertebral disc and the spinal cord.Conclusion It is indicated that the different patient should be diagnozed in different method as well as attention to six aspecte in the operation.
