摘要
本文分析了广播电视大学支持服务体系的现状,探讨了电大现行支持服务体系的长处和不足,并针对它的不足,讨论了改进的策略。
This article analyzed the current phenomenon of the present supporting s ervice system in TVU discussed the ad van-tages and disadvantages of them and s uggesting the strategies of improving them.
