高教园区建设与管理的“宁波模式”

中共宁波市委、市政府为实施“科技兴市”战略 ,从宁波的市情出发 ,借鉴国内外建设“大学城”的经验 ,成功建设了宁波市高教园区 ,构造了独具特色的“宁波模式”。这种模式具有开放的理念、开放的园区 ;多元办学体制促进资源共享 ;多重功能竞合 ,营造浓郁的人文氛围 ;用市场化的经营机制带动园区建设等特点。宁波高教园区的建设已初见成效 ,有力地促进了宁波高教事业的发展 ,并对其区域经济发展、城市化建设起到了良好的推动作用。

To enforce the strategy of 'booming the city by technology', Ningbo municipal government has successfully established the city's campus zone known as Ningbo model. The specialty of this model includes: an open campus in accord with open ideology; the share of resources promoted by multi\|system of school running; typical humanism atmosphere with multi\|functions; campus construction based on marketized managing system. The establishment of Ningbo campus zone has achieved its effect to enhance the development of Ningbo higher education and promote the urbanization of the city.
