Construct Limited but High-Efficient Administration Patterns

随着中国社会的全面变革,传统经济条件下的行政模式的弊端日益显现,越来越不适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要。为此,必须改革传统行政模式,从行政过程的多层次、多角度着手,建立一种职能有限、权力有限、条件有限、管理高效的行政模式。

With China抯 society抯 wholly reforming, the shortcomings of the original administration patterns under traditional economic conditions show more and more clearly, and becomes less and less suitable for the social market economy. Thus, we must reform the traditional administration patters from different parts, beginning from the multi-layer administration, to set up an administration with limited responsibilities, limited right, limited conditions, but high efficiency.
