西北沙产业建设的基本思路与对策

Proposals and measures on deserticulture development in northwest of China

在阐述沙产业内涵和西北沙区基本情况的基础上 ,提出了包括分区发展、林草业建设、生态农业、设施农业、畜牧养殖业、名优特产品开发为主要内容的沙产业建设思路。认为荒漠绿洲是沙产业发展的基地 ;防护型林草业建设是沙产业发展的保障 ;发展畜牧养殖业、开发沙区名优特动植物产品和构建生态农业体系是沙产业发展的主要途径 ;大力发展设施农业是沙区开发的主流和重点。

Based on the concept of deserticulture and the main characteristics of desert areas in northwest China, a serious measures and ideas about deserticulture such as construction of forestry and grass, eco agriculture, animal husbandry, environment controlled agriculture, exploitation of famous and excellent products were proposed.And present problemsand solving ways in the process of deserticulture development were analyzed, which can be regarded as a reference for deserticulture development in northwest China.\;
