瑞香素对蚜虫生物活性的研究

BIOACTIVITY OF RUIXIANGSU TO APHIDS (APHIS GOSSYPII GLOVER, MYZVS NICOTCANAE BLACKMAN, TOXOPTERA CITRICWA (KIRKALDY))

瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)的天然产物瑞香素对农业上重要的几类蚜虫具有很高的触杀作用和较好的拒食作用。24h瑞香素对棉蚜、桔蚜和烟蚜毒杀作用的LD_(50)分别为29.48±1.55、30.75±1.50和95.88±2.06μg/g,拒食作用的APC_(50)分别为0.4664±0.0137、0.4219±0.0213和0.5847±0.0172g/L。经回归和相关分析,处理浓度与作用效果(毒杀与拒食)相关性均达到极显著或显著水平。瑞香素在田间防治棉蚜效果显著。

Ruixiangsu is one of the products extracted from Stellera chamaejasme L. . Laboratory bioassay showed that Ruixiangsu possessed very strong contact toxicity and antifeeding activity to three kinds of aphids, Aphis gossypii Glover, Myzus nicotianae Blackman,and Toxoptera citricida Kirkaldy. LD50s of Ruixiangsu to A . gossypii, T. citricida and M. nicotianae , were 29.48μg/g, 30.75 μg/g , and 95.88μg/g, respectively, 24 hours after treatment. And the medium antifeeding concentrations (AFC50) against A. gossypii, T. citricida and M. nicotianae were 0.4664g/L, 0.4219g/L, and 0.5847g/L, respectively. Regression and correlation analysis results showed that there was a significant or extreme significant correlation between treatment concentrations and the contact toxicity and antifeeding activity against the three aphid species. Field experiments showed that Ruixiangsu was highly effective for the control of Aphis gossypii.
