Effect of Extrinsic Energy Supplement on the Permeability of Red Cell Membrance to Sodium Nitrite

摘要 本文报道利用亚硝酸钠(NaNo_2)穿透红细胞膜与血红蛋白(Hb)作用生成高铁血红蛋白(MetHb),测定MetHb可作为红细胞膜通透性的指标,研究在红细胞悬液中补充葡萄糖,萄葡糖-6-磷酸(G-6-P),3-磷酸甘油(3-PG),ATP后红细胞膜通透性的变化。萄葡糖,G-6-P,ATP均可不同程度地提高通透性,而3-PG有一定的抑制作用,可改善由血卟啉衍生物或γ-线(1000 rad)照射小鼠后引起的红血球通透性增加的作用,使恢复到接近正常水平。 since sodium nitrite is able to penetrate into red cell and react with hemoglobin to form methemoglobin rapidily,the permeability of red cell membrane may be determined by measuring the methemoglobin formation. In this paper we studied the effect of extrinsic energy supplement of glucose,glucose-6-phosphate,sodium glyce rophosphate and ATP on the permeability of red cell membrance to sodium nitrite respectively. After addition of glucose, glucose-6-phosphate or ATP in red cell suspension, the permeability of erythrocyte membrane to sodium nitrite was increased in various degrees. On the contrary, addition of glycerophosphate did not increase, but decreased the permeability of erythrocytes as compared with the control. The negative effect of glycerephosphate on red cell permeability may be used as basis for preventing red cell injury in HPD or 1000 rad60Coγ-ray irradiation mice.
