摘要
在综述理论界讨论的基础上 ,通过对相关统计资料的分析 ,说明调高总和生育率水平解决不了我国人口的结构问题。进入新世纪以后 ,我们不仅不能对过去的生育政策进行微调 ,而且还要继续把城乡的生育率水平拉到一对夫妇一个孩子这一底线 ,由此产生的人口自然结构问题可以通过调整优化人口的社会经济结构来加以解决。
Based on a critical literature review and an analysis of the relevant statistical data, this article attempts to show that the problems of China's population structure could not be solved by adopting a higher birth rate.The author points out that it is necessary to continue to implement the one-child policy in the new century and adjust population age and sex structure by optimizing social and economic structure of the population.
