增效如意金黄膏对皮肤刺激性的研究

Studying on the Skin-Irritation Effect of Zengxiao Ruyi Jinhuanggao

目的 :研究增效如意金黄膏对皮肤的刺激性实验及临床疗效。方法 :观察增效如意金黄膏对健康家兔皮肤刺激性的影响及临床疗效。结果 :家兔多次性涂用增效如意金黄膏后未见红斑、水肿、出血点、色素沉着以及皮肤粗糙等刺激性反应。临床应用于 2 1例患者 ,全部有效。结论 :增效如意金黄膏具有较好的临床疗效并使用安全 ,对皮肤无任何刺激性反应。

Objective: To study the skin irritation and curative effect of Zengxiao Ruyi Jinhuanggao. Methods: To observe the impact that the skin irritation and curative effect of Zengxiao Ruyi Jinhuanggao on healthy rabbit. Results: No irritation reaction occurred on skin after applied Zengxiao Ruyi Jinhuanggao many times and no reactions of erythema, dropsy, bleeding spots, pigmentation occurred. Conclusion: The results indicated that the drug is effective and safe, and there isn't irritation reaction on skin after applied with the drug.
