香荷药条的组方剂量筛选

Optimization of the Formulation of Xianghe Suppository

目的 :筛选香荷药条的组方剂量。方法 :按正交试验设计进行实验 ,以 MIC为指标评价筛选处方。结果 :经实验筛选的最佳组方剂量为薄荷脑 5 m g/ml,冰片 0 .5 m g/m l,醇提物含生药量为 2 g。结论 :以正交试验法优选的香荷药条处方具有重要的临床意义。

Objective: To select formulation for Xianghe suppository. Methods: Experiments were conducted by orthogonal design and the formulations were evaluated by MIC. Results: The best formulation was composed of 5 mg/ml menthol, 0.5 mg/ml borneol and per 1 ml extraction contains 2 g of dried herb. Conclusion: Xianghe supository prepared by the formulation selected by the study was effective in clinical use.
