肺癌转移对IL-2R和TH细胞表达率的影响

The Effect of Tumor Metastasis on Expressive Rate of IL-2R and the Cells in Peripheral Blood Cells of Patients with Lung Carcinoma

目的 探讨肺癌转移对患者血细胞IL -2R和TH细胞表达的影响。方法 用流式细胞术对 45例肺癌转移和 5 6例未转移患者外周血CD2 5+(IL -2R)、CD3 +/CD4 +(TH)细胞百分率进行了对比分析。结果 肿瘤转移和未转移患者血细胞CD2 5+和CD3 +/CD4 +细胞百分率均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,肿瘤转移者低于未转移者 (P <0 .0 1) ,多脏器转移者低于单脏器转移者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肺癌转移者化疗后均明显回升。在各种因素影响下 ,CD2 5+细胞变化幅度明显大于CD3 +/CD4 +细胞。结论 肺癌转移能引起IL -2R和TH细胞表达率降低 ;转移越严重 ,它们减低的程度越明显 ;化疗可使它们明显回升。因此 ,IL -2R和TH不仅可以作为肺癌患者免疫状态的衡量指标 。

Objective To study the effect of tumor metastasis on expression rate of IL-2R and TH cells in peripheral blood cells of petients with lung carcinoma.Methods CD 25 + and CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells were measured and compared in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 45 patients with metastasis and 56 patients with no metastasis lung carcinoma by flow cytometry.Results CD 25 + and CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells′ percentage rate of patients with metastatic or no metastatic lung carcinoma were lower than those of normal control( P <0.01).CD 25 + and CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells′ percentage rates of patients with multi-organs metastasis were lower than those of patients with single-organ metastasis( P <0.01).CD 25 + and CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells′ percentage rates of chemotherapy patients with metastasis were higher than those of no-chemotherapy patients with metastasis( P <0.05).Under the influence of various factors,the change degree of CD 25 + cells was significant as compared with change of CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells.Conclusions Lung carcinoma metastasis may induced further decreasing of IL-2R and TH cells′ expression rate.The decraasing degreee of IL-2R and CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells′ percentage rate was increasing with seriousness of tumor metastasis,tumor chemotherapy may induced that CD 25 +and CD 3 +/CD 4 + cells′ expression rates to rise again.Therefore IL-2R and TH cells′ expression rates may not only reared as indication of immunology state of patients,they may also reared as indication of tumor malignant degree and therapy reflection.
