摘要
目的 检测人脑胶质细胞瘤中转化生长因子 β1(TGF -β1,transforminggrowthfactorbeta -1)与Ki6 7抗原的表达情况 ,以期为人脑胶质瘤的基因治疗及其预后判断提供客观指标。方法 采用SP免疫组织化学方法。结果 依组织学类型统计 ,TGF -β1、Ki6 7在正常脑组织与胶质瘤中的表达差别有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5 ,而各种组织学类型胶质瘤间的表达无显著性差别 ;依恶性程度分级统计 ,低度恶性Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质细胞瘤与高度恶性Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质细胞瘤中 ,TGF -β1与Ki6 7的表达差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。二者与正常脑组织的差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;TGF -β1与Ki6 7在脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达呈负相关。结论 TGF -β1、Ki6 7的表达与脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关 ,二者的检测可以作为胶质瘤病人的预后指标 ;TGF
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-beta-1(TGF-β 1) and Ki67 antigen in human glioma,hoping to provide objective indexes for future genetic treatment of human glioma and its prognostic assessment.Methods We detect the expression of TGF-β 1 and Ki67 by immunohistochemical means.Results ①By Statistical analysis according to histology type,there's significant difference in the expression of TGF-β 1 and Ki67 between noraml brain tissue and glioma,no significant difference among the different histology groups.②By statistical analysis according to malignant grade classified by WHO,significant difference exists between grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ glioma and grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ glioma and so it is with noraml brain tissue.③Analysis of correlation shows there's negative correlation between the expression of TGF-β 1 and Ki67 in human glioma.Conclusions There's intrinsic connection between the expression of TGF-β 1,Ki67 and the occurrence and development of glioma,and the detection of them can be an index of the glioma patients' prognosis.TGF-β 1 would be a future factor in curing glioma.
