术后微波热疗加化疗对贲门腺癌预后的影响

Effect of Prognosis with Microwave Hyperthermia plus Chemotherapy on Post operative Cardiac Carcinoma

目的 探讨微波热疗加化疗对贲门腺癌预后的影响。方法 从 1980年 3月至 1994年 10月共手术治疗贲门腺癌 494例 ,切除43 7例。其中单纯手术组 3 0 8例 ,1、3、5年生存率分别为 83 .8%、3 8.3 %和 2 0 .8% ;1987年以后随机选取贲门腺癌手术病人术后化疗6 0例 ,1、3、5年生存率分别为 88 3 %、46 .7%和 3 0 .0 % ;术后微波热疗加化疗 6 9例 ,1、3、5年生存率分别为 87.0 %、6 2 .3 %和 3 7.7%。结果 术后化疗的 3、5年生存率虽高于单纯手术组 ,但无统计学意义 ;术后微波加化疗的 3、5年生存率则显著高于单纯手术组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 对有淋巴结转移的贲门腺癌 。

Objective To explore the effect of prognosis with microwave hyperthermia in treating the patients with cardiac cancer.Methods From March 1980 to October 1994,494 cases of cardiac gland cancer were operated on,of whom 437 cases had their cancer resected.Among the patients 308 made up the single operation group,The patient′s survival rates of one year,three years and five years were 83.3%,38.3% and 20.8% respectively,60 cases subjected to operation after 1987 were randomly chosen for chemotherapy and their survival rates of one year,three years and five years were 88.3%,46.7% and 30.0% respectively.69 cases subjected to operation received microwave hyperthermia plus chemotherapy and the patients′ survival rates of one year,tree years and five years were 87.0%,62.3% and 37.7% respectively.Results The patients′ post operative survival rates of three and five years after chemotherapy were higher than those in the single operation group.This was not significant statistically.The patients′ post operative survival rates of three and five years after microwave hyperthermia plus chemothepapy were obviously higher than those in the single operation group ( P <0.01).Conclusions The method of microwave hyperthermia plus chemotherpay has a clinic significance in treating the patients of cardiac cancer with post operative lymphonode metastasis.
