摘要
目的 探讨复方化淤散对大鼠多脑梗死性痴呆模型的保护作用及其机制。方法 采用左心室注射 0 5ml/kg液体石蜡制备大鼠多脑梗死性痴呆模型 ,观察复方化淤散对大鼠学习记忆能力和脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量变化的影响。结果 复方化淤散有防治脑梗死性痴呆的疗效 ,改善学习记忆功能并可显著提供脑组织中GSH -PX、SOD活性和降低MDA含量 ,复方丹参片不能提高脑组织中GSH -PX的活力。结论 复方化淤散具有脑保护作用 ,其机制可能与提高抗氧化酶活力和抑制自由基的产生有关。
Objective To study the protective effect and its mechanism of compound Chinese herbal medicine Huayu San against multiinfarct dementia in rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into six groups.The experimental groups were pretreated with 10%,20% and 40% Huayu San,respectively,whereas the positive control group was pretreated with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza tablet 1.125/100 g for one month.0.5 ml/kg liquid paraffin were injected into the left cardiac ventricle of the rats to produce the animal model of dementia,and the changes in learning and memory ability and levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malonyldialdehyde(MDA) in brain tissues of rats were obsevered.Results Huayu San could significantly improve the learning and memory ability of rats and enhance the activity of GSH-PX and SOD in brain tissues.Compound Salvia Milfiorrhiza tablet had similar effects except for increasing GSH PX activity.Conclusions The brain protective effects of Huau San may be related to increasing antioxidase activity and inhibiting the production of free radicals.
