使用OmpA为指示蛋白,我们证实了prlc基因产物主要定位在胞液中,在分泌蛋白的转位过程中,它不是一个必需因子,但它的确涉及OmpA前体的转位定域。使用印迹试验证明它可能是一个信号肽水解酶。
Using the precursors of OmpA as indication protein we confirm that the prlc gene product islocated mainly in the cytoplasm. It is not an enssential factor for the translocation of secreting proteins, but it is indeed involved in translocation of OmpA precursors. We have confirmed that prlc gene product may be an oligope-ptidase (signal peptide hydrolase) with western blotting test.
