摘要
研究芍药甙对人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402增殖的影响。方法:采用人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402和细胞药理学方法,对比观察3种措施(阴性无药对照、阳性阿霉素对照及芍药甙)对Bel-7402细胞增殖的影响。结果:芍药甙(2mg/ml、1mg/ml、0.5mg/ml)对Bel-7402细胞增殖均有显著性抑制作用(均P<0.01),其抑制率分别为33.78％、22.22％和11.56％,增殖抑制作用随药物浓度增高而加强,呈显著的量效关系。结论:芍药甙对人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402增殖有一定的抑制作用。
To study the effects of Paeoniflorin on proliferation of human hepatocarcinoma cell strain Bel-7402. Methods: The model of human hepatocarcinoma cell strain Bel -7402 and the technique of cytopharmacology were adopted. MTT assay was used to observe inhibitory effects of Paeoniflorin four different concentrations on Bel-7402 cell multiplication. Results: The three efficacious concentrations as 2mg/ml、1mg/ml and 0. 5mg/ml of Paeoniflorin could obviously inhibit Bel-7402 cell multiplication (P<0. 01) , the inhibitory rates were 33. 78%、 22. 22% and 11. 56% individually. The action of inhibiting multiplication showed a strengthen tendency with increasing of Paeoniflorin concentration, and there were marked differences among three effective treat-groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Paeoniflorin can inhibit Bel-7402 multiplication to a certain degree.
