《临床精神医学杂志》10年论著分析

An analysis of original articles in Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine from 1991 to 2000

目的 :通过论著分析这一侧面 ,了解近 10年我国临床精神医学研究及《临床精神医学杂志》的状况。 方法 :归纳《临床精神医学杂志》1991年第 1期至 2 0 0 0年第 6期共 5 0期 (其中含增刊 1期 ) 2 4 3 4篇载文的类型 ,并详细分析其中 5 3 0篇论著的作者合作度、单位合作度、第 1作者的地区分布、研究对象及主题内容等。 结果 :载文中的论著和学术交流所占比例最高 ,为 4 4 .8% ,作者分布全国 2 8个省市 ,论著的作者合作度为 4 .0 6,单位合作度为 1.67。 5 3 0篇论著中 ,临床医学占 60 .9%、基础医学占2 7.5 %、预防医学占 9.8%。按病种分 :精神分裂症占 4 1.3 %、情感性精神障碍占 13 .8%、器质性精神障碍占 8.3 %和神经症占 5 .8%。 结论 :《临床精神医学杂志》载文分析可对今后的研究工作有所启发 ,并对该刊的承前启后具有很大意义。

Objective:To understand the current situation and features of researches into Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine in recent decade. Method:A total of 2,434 published articles of Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine from 1991 to 2000 were classified,and 530 original articles in them were analysed in details. Results:The original articles and academic exchanges listed the first (44 8%).Among the original articles,the percentage of clinical medicine,basic medicine and preventive medicine were 60 9%,27 5% and 9 8% rsepectively.On the basis of mental disorders classification,there were schizophrenia (41 3%),affective disorder (13 8%),organic mental disorder (8 3%) and neurosis (5 8%).The authors came from 28 areas in China,and cooperation degree of authors and units were 4 06 and 1 67 respectively. Conclusion:The analysis of published articles in Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine can make greater contributions to further studies.
