摘要
目的:调查海上石油平台及船舶人员长期在噪声环境中工作的听力变化。方法:对3 137例在海上石油平台及船舶工作1~30年者,在室内本底噪声为15~20dBSPL(A)的隔音室,用丹麦产MadsenOB-822型听力计进行测试。结果:3 137例中 1949例有不同程度的听力损失,损失范围以 3~6kHz为主,977例在4kHz出现“V”型切迹。结论:长期在海上石油平台及船舶工作人员其噪声环境对听力影响不容忽视。
Objective:To investigate the hearing level change in staff workers on the oil platform and ship long time in the noise environment. Methods:The hearing level of 3 137 persons (all were males, ranging in age from 22 to 58 years old)were measured by audiometry test (Denmark Madsen OB-22 type audiometer). Those persons were working ages from 1 to 30 years in the noise environment of 60-90 dB(A). Persons were divided into 4 groups according to working ages (group A was 1 -5 years,group B 6-10 years,group C11-20 years,and group D over 20 years). Results: The noise induced hearing loss (included light,medium alld heavy sensorinural hearing loss)was 23. 76% (206/ 867)in group A, 65. 57 % (423/676)in group B,71. 15 % (619/870)in group C,and 96. 82 % (701/724)in group D,respectively. Conclusion:The noise induced sensorinural hearing loss in persons who working on the platform and ship long time in the noise environment should pay great attention.
