摘要
目的：探讨甲状旁腺肿瘤诊治中的几个基本临床问题。方法：结合文献复习，回顾性分析４例甲状旁腺肿瘤的临床诊疗过程、疗效和经验。结果：４例甲状旁腺肿瘤中，２例腺瘤＊例腺癌和 １例囊腺瘤依据术前和／或术中临床特征的综合分析而得到正确诊断，但其中的正例腺癌术中冰冻切片误诊为腺瘤；２例有术前甲状腺功能亢进症危象和术后严重低血钙的患者的病情得到及时有效控制。全部患者术后随访１～４年，疗效满意。结论：甲状旁腺肿瘤诊治中涉及许多特殊的临床问题，尤其是甲状旁腺肿瘤及由此引起的甲状旁腺功能亢进症的诊断和鉴别诊断、原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症危象的防治和甲状旁腺肿瘤的手术策略与技巧等问题。
The fundamental clinical problems of the diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid tumour(PTT) were evaluated in this paper. The clinical data of 4 patients with PTT were analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Among 4 patients, 3 were diagnosed correctly by means of comprehensive analysis of preoperative and/or intraoperative clinical features (adenomas in 2 cases,cystadenocarcinoma in 1 case), 1 case was misdiagnosed adenocarcinoma. All 4 patients were treated by surgery. The primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT)were found in 2 cases of PTT which were controlled effectively in postoperative. Curative efficiency of all these cases were very satisfactory in following up period of 1-4 years. The diagnosis and treatment for PTT were discussed in this paper.
