皮肤伸展术在皮瓣供区关闭中的应用

Application of skin stretch in the closure of skin flap donor sites

目的 探讨皮肤伸展术在皮瓣供区关闭中的应用 ,为关闭皮瓣供区提供一种新方法。方法 回顾总结 2 4例应用皮肤伸展术关闭皮瓣供区的病例。患者年龄为 3～ 48岁 ,游离皮瓣供区 2 1例 ,轴型皮瓣供区 3例 ,皮瓣宽度为 8～ 16cm。结果 全部病例的供区通过牵张后直接关闭缝合 ,随访结果显示无显著瘢痕增生和增宽。结论 皮肤伸展术操作简单 ,效果良好 。

Objective To provide a new technique for the closure of relatively wide skin flap donor sites. Methods The skin stretch technique was used to close 21 free skin flap donor sites and 3 axial pattern skin flap donor sites. The width of skin flap donor sites were 8cm to 16cm. The time of stretch during surgery was 15 to 45 minutes. Results All skin flap donor sites were closed primarily. Patients′ follow-up shows that there was little donor site morbidity. Conclusion The skin stretch is a very useful technique for the closure of skin flap donor site.
