严重的婴儿动物性面部外伤的治疗——附9例报告

Treatment of severe animal bite trauma of face in infants

目的 治疗严重的婴儿动物性面部外伤。方法 清创后采用抗过敏药物和局部皮瓣修复外伤引起的组织缺损。结果 9例严重的婴儿动物性面部外伤全部治愈。结论 婴儿动物性面部外伤引起的组织缺损应遵循由简到繁尽量操作简单的原则 ,在抗过敏治疗。

Objective To report the method of treatment of severe facial trauma caused by animal bite in infants. Methods Antibiotics and skin flap repairing tissue defect were used after wound debridement. Results 9 case of severe facial trauma caused by animal bite were all cured. Conclusion The treatment of tissue defect caused by animal bite in infant should follow the principle of simplicity , the simpler the manipulation the better, at the same time antiallergy and antiinflammation medicines should be applied. To closing the wound, using direct suture as possible and avoiding island flap or local flap.
