改良TFC植入治疗颈椎骨折脱位及失稳

Treatment of unstable,dislocation and fractures of cervical with modified TFC of Wendeng type for cervical interbody fusion

目的 :观察改良TFC植入治疗颈椎骨折脱位及失稳的疗效。方法 :应用自行改良的TFC治疗颈椎骨折脱位及失稳 36例。结果 :经 9～ 14个月随访 ,植入椎间隙全部骨性融合 ,无假关节形成 ,神经功能有不同程度的恢复。结论 :改良TFC具有良好的生物相容性 ,椎间固定良好 ,骨性融合率高。

Objective:To observe the effects of treatment of fracture,dislocation and unstable of cervical with Wendeng FC.Method:36 cases of dislocation or/& fracture of cervical were treated with improved TFC.The Wendeng fusion cages have a central cavity with two longitudinal internal support arches and one distal end is blocked.The ranges of operation were limited and the process was in regular sequence with the matched tools.Result:The 9 to 14 months followed up showed the planted infenvertebral had gained ossifying fusion wholly,and no artificial joint,and the neuro ablity had comeback differently.Conclusion:Wendeng FC has a good biology compatibility,and a good function of fixation from operation to intervertetbral body fusion.The rate of intervertetbral body fusion is high.
