扎兰屯地区酵米面中毒的病原菌研究

STUDY ON THE FERMENTED CORN FLOUR POISONING PATHOGEN IN ZHALANTUN

本文报告从两起酵米面食物中毒的酵米面中分离出2株非发酵革兰氏阴性杆菌,经系统生物学特征的鉴定,确认这2株菌为酵米面假单胞菌。与国外的椰毒假单胞菌为同一个种。对小白鼠、狗有致病性,实验动物脏器有不同程度的病理改变,表明这2株菌有较强的毒力。

We report 2 strains of glucose-nonfermenring gram-negative rod. which are isolated from the fermenting Cord flour samples of which lead to fermented corn flour poisoning. The 2 strains can be accurately defined as Pseudomonas farinofennentans N. sp. through the determination of a number of biochemical and physiology characteristics. Otherwise, it can be surported that the Pseudomonas farinofermentans N. sp. is as the same as Pseudomonas cocovenenans (abroad). Animal pathogenicity of the P. farinofennentans can be found such as mice and dogs. There are a various of Pathogenic injury in the organs of test animals, such as livers. Above this.it can be proved that the 2 strains have more powerful toxicity.
