摘要
[目的]探讨恶性肿瘤组织DNA倍体类型和CD14+表达细胞之间的关系。[方法]采用流式细胞术对144例恶性肿瘤组织进行了DNA倍体分类 ,并对其CD14+细胞进行了检测。[结果]恶性肿瘤组织的CD14+细胞表达率显著低于正常对照组织(P<0.01) ;DNA异倍体肿瘤的CD14 +细胞检出率显著低于二倍体肿瘤(P<0.01) ;在不同DNA异倍体类型中 ,从ND→T→AN到M ,CD14+细胞表达率呈逐渐减低的变化 ,但各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]恶性肿瘤能抑制局部组织的免疫功能 ,不同DNA倍体类型组织的免疫状态有明显的不同。
To study the relation between CD14+ expression rate and DNA ploid classification in malignant tissue in patients with malignant tumors. CD14+ cell percentage and DNA contents of tumorous tissue were measured from 144 patients with malignant tumors by flow cytometry.The expression rate of CD14+ in malignant tissue were lower than that in normal tissue (P<0.01).The expression rate of CD14+ cells in heteroploid tumor tissue were lower than those in diplaid tumor tissue (P<0.01).In different DNA heteroploid types,the expression rate of CD14+ cells in tumor tissue gradully reduced from ND→T→AN to M.The expression rate of CD14+ cell was not significant different among various DNA heteroploid groups(P>0.05).[Conclusions]The malignant tumor may inhibite immune function of immune cells in tumor tissue.The immune function of tumor tissue in various DNA ploid types is significant different.These is a dose relationship between the expression rate of CD14+ cells and DNA ploid types.
